How Invite people to Help Manage Your Channel
Welcome! To begin optimizing your YouTube channel, I’ll need to join your YouTube Studio as a team member.
The safest and recommended way is for you to send me a formal “Manager” invitation through YouTube’s built-in permissions.
This keeps your account secure, gives you full control, and allows me to help you grow your channel effectively.
Simple Invitation Steps
Step 1: Open YouTube Studio
Make sure you’re logged into the Google Account that owns your YouTube channel.
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select YouTube Studio from the menu.
Step 2: Go to Settings > Permissions
In the left menu, click the Settings icon (
).From the Settings panel, choose Permissions.
Step 3: Click “Invite”
On the Permissions page, click the blue INVITE button.
Step 4: Enter My Email & Choose Role
In the pop-up, enter my email address:
Email: rashedkhan3655@gmail.comUnder Role, select Manager from the dropdown.
Click DONE.
Why “Manager”?
This role lets me update videos, optimize SEO, analyze performance, and help with content strategy—without the ability to delete your channel, change ownership, or access billing details.
Step 5: Invitation Sent!
You’ll see my email listed under “Managers.”
I’ll receive your invitation and accept it promptly. You’ll get a confirmation email from YouTube.
After You Send the Invitation
Notify me with a quick message so I can accept right away.
I’ll confirm and begin the YouTube SEO review for your channel.
We’ll schedule a follow-up to discuss findings and the plan ahead.

Is this invitation safe? Can you see my password or private data?
Completely safe. You are using YouTube’s official collaboration system. I only see YouTube Studio for your channel—no passwords, personal emails, or billing info.
Can I remove the invitation later?
Yes, anytime. Go back to Settings > Permissions, find my email, and click REMOVE. Access is revoked immediately.
What if I manage multiple channels?
Please repeat these steps for each channel. Be sure you’re logged into the correct Google account for the channel you want me to join.
