What happens after I fill out the contact form?
You’ll receive an email confirmation from me within 24 hours (usually much sooner). I’ll suggest a few times for a brief, no-pressure discovery call (15-20 minutes) to discuss your project, goals, and see if we’re a good fit.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes! I offer a free 20-minute discovery call for all serious inquiries. It’s a chance for us to meet, understand your project needs, and determine if my services are the right solution for you.
What information should I have ready before our first call?
It’s helpful to think about your main goal, target audience, project timeline, and budget range. Don’t worry if things aren’t fully defined—that’s what our call is for!
What are your rates? Do you work hourly or by project?
I primarily work on a fixed-project basis because it provides clients with clear pricing and no surprises. After our discovery call, I’ll prepare a detailed proposal with a flat fee based on the project scope. For ongoing services (like SEO or ad management), I offer monthly retainer packages.
What's included in your website development/SEO/Facebook Ads package?
Every project is customized, so specifics are outlined in your proposal. However, all my packages include clear deliverables, a defined timeline, a set number of revisions, a testing phase, and post-launch support/training.
What is your typical project timeline?
Timelines vary by project complexity. A standard 5-page business website typically takes 3-4 weeks from kickoff to launch. SEO and ad campaigns show initial setup within 1-2 weeks, with results building over the following months. You’ll always receive a timeline in your proposal.
Are you taking on new clients right now?
I typically have capacity for 1-2 new projects per month. The best way to check current availability is to reach out. I’ll let you know immediately if there’s a waitlist.
